Safe Path Therapy offers psychotherapy services either in-person in Beeston and Stapleford or online through video consultations. Our services include:

• Consultations and Assessments: Initial free consultations to assess client needs and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

All therapy services are provided by licensed professionals adhering to ethical and legal standards of practice.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• Provide accurate and truthful information when booking or receiving services.

If you are seeking therapy for a minor, you must ensure that you have the necessary consent to book the therapy on their behalf.

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Booking: Appointments can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A confirmation email will be sent once an appointment is scheduled.

• Cancellation and Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of  £50.

• Missed Appointments: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

5. Payment for Services

• Fees: All fees for therapy services will be communicated prior to the start of the session. Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as indicated at the time of booking.

• Refunds: Refunds will be provided if a session is canceled within the required time frame (48 hours before the appointment). In all other cases, no refunds will be issued.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

We take the privacy and confidentiality of our clients seriously. All personal and health-related information provided will be stored securely and in accordance with our GDPR Privacy Policy.

However, please note that there are certain circumstances where we may be required by law to disclose information, including:
